What does personalisation include?
Add your initials, name, or a short word — hand-stamped directly onto the front leather panel of your bag. Up to 10 characters. Personalisation is completed in our Healesville workshop before your order ships, adding approximately 3–5 business days to your delivery time.

How it wears:
New, the Brumby is structured and firm. Over time, the leather softens and shapes to your use. Scuffs and patina are not flaws — they're proof of a life being lived. In five years, your Brumby will look completely different to the day it arrived. Better different.
Care:
Condition with a quality leather conditioner every few months. Keep away from extended moisture. If it gets wet, let it dry naturally away from heat. The leather will thank you.

Exchange & Returns
Can I return in person if I ordered online?
Yes! If you placed your order online and prefer to return or exchange in person, you’re more than welcome to visit our Healesville shop. Just bring along your receipt and our friendly team will be happy to help.
Ordered the wrong size?
No stress — we offer hassle-free exchanges on non-personalised items. If your belt isn’t quite right, get in touch within 30 days and we’ll happily arrange an exchange or refund.

No returns or exchanges on custom or personalised orders (but we can organise a repair if needed!)

Condition of return: Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition
A few extra details:
- Refunds exclude original shipping costs and will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
- If it’s been more than 30 days, exchange shipping may be at your cost
- Custom and personalised items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, but we’re happy to arrange repairs where possible
- T.Ferdinand is not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or using the product for unintended purposes
