





Quality Australian made Leather Dog Collars made from a 4.5mm premium Australian leather that features a solid stainless or brass buckle and ring.
Size info:
Our dog collars sizes are measured from the tip of buckle to middle hole.
To ensure you are purchasing the correct size, measure the current colour from the tip of the buckle to the most used hole. Match this size up to the middle hole measurement on our dog collars.

If you need the product by a certain date, please specify in the notes section and we will endeavour to work with you and have your product made and shipped as quick as possible.

During this time, we are unable to offer any branding or personalisation services. We appreciate your patience and will update you as soon as we’re back up and running.

Please note that any leather product ordered from 2nd December onwards is not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.
Our workshop will be on holiday from Christmas Eve through to 6th January 2026, and leather production will resume once we return.

Exchange & Returns
Can I return in person if I ordered online?
Yes! If you placed your order online and prefer to return or exchange in person, you’re more than welcome to visit our Healesville shop. Just bring along your receipt and our friendly team will be happy to help.
Ordered the wrong size?
No stress — we offer hassle-free exchanges on non-personalised items. If your belt isn’t quite right, get in touch within 30 days and we’ll happily arrange an exchange or refund.
Return & Exchange Policy at a Glance:
Free exchanges within 30 days — we’ll even cover return shipping
No returns or exchanges on custom or personalised orders (but we can organise a repair if needed!)
Manufacturing Fault? We’ll cover repair, replacement, or refund — including all shipping costs
Condition of return: Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition

- Refunds exclude original shipping costs and will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
- If it’s been more than 30 days, exchange shipping may be at your cost
- Custom and personalised items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, but we’re happy to arrange repairs where possible
