We ship all orders from our workshop in Victoria, Australia — packed with care and good vibes!

Processing & Dispatch:
* Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days after purchase, provided the item is in stock.
* During normal periods of trade, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed, fulfilled, and shipped.
* Once your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.

* All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
* Standard Post: Generally arrives within 3+ business days, depending on your location.
* Express Post: Delivered within 2–3 business days in the Express Post network. → Selecting Express Post at checkout will speed up transit time, but won’t fast-track order processing or dispatch from our studio.

Exchange & Returns

Can I return in person if I ordered online?
Yes! If you placed your order online and prefer to return or exchange in person, you’re more than welcome to visit our Healesville shop. Just bring along your receipt and our friendly team will be happy to help.

Ordered the wrong size?
No stress — we offer hassle-free exchanges on non-personalised items. If your belt isn’t quite right, get in touch within 30 days and we’ll happily arrange an exchange or refund.
