The River Bag is your go-everywhere carry — compact enough to not slow you down, built tough enough to handle whatever the day throws at it.
Made from 12oz waxed canvas in our Healesville workshop, it's the kind of bag that gets better with every trip. The wax develops a natural patina over time, shaped by where you've been — not a factory floor.
No unnecessary bulk. No shortcuts. Just a bag designed to hold what you need and keep going.

Exchange & Returns
Can I return in person if I ordered online?
Yes! If you placed your order online and prefer to return or exchange in person, you’re more than welcome to visit our Healesville shop. Just bring along your receipt and our friendly team will be happy to help.
Ordered the wrong size?
No stress — we offer hassle-free exchanges on non-personalised items. If your belt isn’t quite right, get in touch within 30 days and we’ll happily arrange an exchange or refund.

No returns or exchanges on custom or personalised orders (but we can organise a repair if needed!)
 Manufacturing Fault? We’ll cover repair, replacement, or refund — including all shipping costs
Condition of return: Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition
A few extra details:
- Refunds exclude original shipping costs and will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
- If it’s been more than 30 days, exchange shipping may be at your cost
- Custom and personalised items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, but we’re happy to arrange repairs where possible
